Comic Book Resources has the early release of DC's January 2010 solicitations before the Diamond catalogue comes out in a week or two. This includes Madame Xanadu #19, the first of my two-month stint as penciller on the title.
Amy Reed Hadley and Richard Friend are doing the covers to keep continuity for the full story arc. #19 and #20 are an interlude back in time that reflects on the larger story.
MADAME XANADU #19 Written by Matt Wagner Art by Joëlle Jones & David Hahn Cover by Amy Reeder Hadley & Richard Friend After the shocking conclusion to the previous issue, a 2-part story by guest artist Joëlle Jones begins a storybook look back at Madame Xanadu’s earliest days in ancient, pastoral Britain.
