Currently, I am pencilling the Madman Atomic Comics story that Jamie wrote, and it will be in #16. I am also preparing for the next full-length project I will be involved with, to be announced soon!

my comic store says he can't find it at Diamond. What is up?

I have no idea why he would say that. It's in the most recent catalogue in the Oni Press section. If you have his e-mail, perhaps forward him this post to confirm with him that you're talking about the same book.

The new Preview has this title available to solicit. When I checked a couple weeks ago, they didn't know about it. Now they do.
